Customer photo review of A5 Classic Light Pink Dot Grid Notebook

I bought this BuJo for 2020 and I love it! The cover is a tad flexible, but sturdy and firm and is a great color. The dots line up across pages and are a great light grey. The 140 GSM pages are thick, but sharpies still bleed thru....sad day. Midliners and ball point pens are fine and I will experiment with other pens on the pen test pages! I also love that is comes with page numbers a pre-printed table of contents as I will absolutely use those! Also, love the pen holder, elastic strap and 3 ribbons. This is a great journal and am very happy with it.

I got my first Vivid Scribbles as a gift and I'll never buy another bullet journal. Great size, good heft, smooth pages, no bleed, and I really appreciate the hard cover.

Ok, so I have been a hardcore Scribbles That Matter fan FOREVER - but I'm just not digging their new fillable cover system, and the regular bound journals seem to be either out of production or perpetually out of stock. So I got one of these. It's about $15 cheaper, and has all of the things I love about STM plus a higher page count than their 160gsm option - 200 not counting index and pen test pages. It has index and pen test pages, page numbers, 3 bookmarks, back pocket, pen holder, and 140gsm paper. My inks dries quickly (I use inkjoy gels, pigma microns, and pilot precision) and my Tombows don't bleed through. Zero ghosting. It does not have the midpoint page markers in the grid pages, but that is so minor a quibble for me that I'm only including it to be fair. Pretty sure this is going to be my new bujo staple.

After trying several other dot journals this is my favorite. Paper is thick and sturdy without having a rough texture many of the thicker paged journals have so pens and pencils flow smoothly over the page. I have not tried water color, but it has the feel and texture that would work well for wet on dry as long as you aren't heavily saturating the page. I've enjoyed setting up my 2020 journal/planner incorporating some bullet journal components that are SO easy with the barely there dots. Has 2 pages of media test pages in the back which is SUPER helpful when using many different forms of media in your journal.

This journal is perfect! It’s a very satisfying thickness and size, has a Key page, Index pages, a pocket in the back inside for stickers or other things to slip in. There are three bookmark ribbons of different colors to mark maybe particular sections of your work. The pages are thick. I love that the dotting is not spaced wide so more can be done with it on a page. The cover feels soft and is matte (not shiny) and it’s just a very handsome journal. The artwork is nice on the inside of the covers front and back though not 100% my taste in terms of depicting high heel shoes, purse or perfume. I’m more of a nature lover, so the owls, butterflies and flowers appeal to me. But it’s lovely overall.I can never find dotted pages that aren’t too wide so that’s the big treasure in this journal for me.The cover is hard, so the weight of the journal is substantial compared to a paperback. It will stand up well if shelved. In the pocket in the back, there are some inserts that include an inspirational saying, how to review the journal online and a coupon for vividscribbles. It arrived as promised on the exact date.

A5 Classic Light Pink Dot Grid Notebook

This is my 5th bullet journal and it has everything all the best have and more. The pages are the thickest I've seen in bullet journals, the white pages open flat with no pages glued together, the dots and page numbers are perfectly faint--not distracting but serve their purpose, there are 3 bookmarks, a back pocket, a pen loop and elastic closure. It is the ultimate bullet journal and much thicker than any I've had (over an inch thick). I wouldn't say it's worth $50 (it's list price) but I will be taking advantage of this sale price at $21 and purchase another for my mom.All that being said, I haven't used it yet but it will be my new bujo starting November. I'll update with pics after I've gotten some use out of it
